Manage Your WoodWorkCalc Account, Feedback, and Support

Contact support
Before you begin
Set up the inputs that make the workflow useful.
- Use the account profile for your own workspace details, not client or project information.
- Use Feedback for product feedback or a message to the WoodWorkCalc team.
- Use the relevant job, quote, customer, or inventory record for shop work so support messages do not become a substitute for operating records.
Keep personal workspace settings separate from project data
Your profile belongs to the account that operates the workspace. Customer names, job status, quotes, inventory, and production information belong in their dedicated areas. Keeping those roles separate reduces the chance that important operational details get hidden in a profile or support request.
Use navigation as a daily work tool
The dashboard groups customer, job, quote, operations, inventory, calculator, and feedback areas so you can move directly to the type of work you need. On larger screens the workspace navigation stays visible; on compact screens use the menu and Quick switch to get to the same areas without hunting through unrelated pages.
Send feedback with useful context
When you report an issue or request, include the page or workflow involved, what you expected, what happened, and whether the work can continue. This makes support messages easier to act on while keeping your actual customer or project records organized where they belong.
Use Academy for learning and support for the product
If the question is how to use WoodWorkCalc, start in this product guide. If the question is how to build, cut, program, test, or price a woodworking process from a skill perspective, use Academy. If the product is not behaving as expected, use Feedback or Contact & support.

Common questions
Answers before you start the workflow.
Where should I send product feedback?
Use the Feedback area in the dashboard when you are signed in, or the public Contact & support page for a general website request.
Where do I learn a woodworking, CNC, or laser skill?
Use Academy. Account and product guides explain WoodWorkCalc itself; Academy teaches the craft and machine workflows.
