Where is my workshop saved?
Your material pile, kit, favorites, notebook notes and selected photos are saved on your device. They do not automatically sync to another device.

How do I keep a backup?
Use the backup export in My workshop and save the file somewhere you trust. Import a saved backup to restore it. Export before reinstalling the app or clearing browser data; those actions can remove local records.
How do I remove a photo or notebook entry?
Open the build in your notebook and choose Remove photo or Remove this notebook entry. Exported backups remain wherever you saved them and must be deleted separately.
Why does a project show missing materials or hardware?
Matching uses your selected dimensions, quantities and kit. Check those values, review the parts list and add any missing items before building. A reference image is inspiration; verify the measured parts and real hardware.
A 3D view is not displaying correctly. What should I send?
Tell us the project name, selected materials and dimensions, the view you opened, your device model and iOS version. A screenshot helps. Do not send your full workshop backup unless support asks and you are comfortable sharing its contents.
