How is the bench height chosen?
The planner starts from your standing elbow height, subtracts a task allowance, then subtracts the workpiece height. Mock up the proposed surface with your actual task before cutting the legs.
Does the plan include a load rating?
No. It is a stationary workshop concept with plywood bracing and specified rail connections. Heavy equipment, high-force work, anchoring and vise mounting require checks for the actual build.
