Method & assumptions

Rail length = outside width − 2 × stile width. Opening height = outside height − top rail − bottom rail. A center stile fits between rails; two equal openings share the remaining width.

  • Butt-jointed frame geometry with full-height outside stiles. Add joinery lengths separately if using tenons.
  • No intermediate rails, overlays or door clearances are included. Measure the cabinet and hardware before fabrication.
